A business consultant back in 1999 suggested I should call our new watch company The Circadian. Not a bad name. It was the first time I heard it. It is a curious term for the daily 24-hour cycle of the sun, for the full rotation of the Earth, and how it influences all living things. I saw this article and thought you might find it of interest: Body Clock Researchers Win Nobel Prize.

Lord Tanlaw's Mandala of Time.

Years ago, a British gentleman sent me his Mandala of time. It is easily the most complex Mandalas I have ever seen, and beautiful. I am sure he would be delighted that I share it with you.
